Somatic Phone Session

Somatics done at a distance over the phone, availability dependent on Jade's schedule. Client must be prepared by having a stable phone/internet connection, loose comfortable clothing, a comfortable headset with microphone and time set aside for privacy and quiet.

Pre-requisite: some form of experience with meditation
