Return Policy and COVID Changes
Due to COVID 19 there are no returns. Also, we have seen significant shipping delays. Please look at our International page if you are scheduling delivery to non-US destinations. If a carrier marks and item as delivered, we trust that they did indeed deliver your package. Please contact carriers if you have an issue with delivery.
We won't bug you or share your info. If you sign up to "receive marketing," you may get an email someday, but to date, since we started in 2014, we've probably sent out 6 promo emails, and zero newsletters and what have you. We mostly want to stay OFF The computer. (You have to love the irony of starting RistRoller because of sore wrists and then needing to have a digital presence, and social-media-ness, and all that. We have to say we LOVE the people we are meeting, but we giggle at the irony.)
As far as website tracking and such, we have Google Analytics and a Facebook Pixel installed. It seemed way too easy to add that pixel, so most likely Jes did it wrong.
Aside from marketing, when people receive an order they get an automated email asking what they thought of the product. We appreciate your honest feedback.
