Kick it old + new school! This 2 Pack comes with two Rist Rollers - one soft and one firm. The 2" diameter soft Rist Roller is great for rolling out palms, wrists, + forearms. It's the roller that we launched with (hence, "old school"), is soft for comfort, but take note that it can give under pressure. The new kid on the block is our firm black roller which is great for both wrists + feet, + durable enough to travel with!
