This mini foam roller is great for fingers, palms, and wrists, especially for those with medical conditions that would warrant a gentle foam roller. It's super-soft, but also super fragile. This roller is approximately 1.5" in diameter and 5.75" tall, constructed from an extra soft foam that provides gentle comfort, but gives under pressure.
